Ortonville has a beautiful 18-hole golf course (one we are truly proud of!) with a historic Clubhouse which overlooks Big Stone Lake.  Views of the lake can also be seen from the #16, #17 & #18 greens also.

Ortonville Live-Work-Play

For a more relaxed, unofficial-ish view of Ortonville, check out our new community blog which is written by me (Vicki Oakes)!  I take care of the City website and the Ortonville Golf Course website along with staffing the Ortonville Economic Development Authority.   This blog will provide news and projects from the Ortonville EDA and also updates from community functions that I attend throughout the year.  Attending community, school, art – you name it – activities in Ortonville is the time I enjoy most.  And, I’ve now been given the freedom to blog about the activities and events (with fun videos & photos) from a more personal view.  How is that for #LoveWhereYouLive #LoveYourJob hashtag string!  – Hope you enjoy this blog!
