The City of Ortonville has been recognized by the American Public Power Association (APPA) for achieving exceptional reliability in 2025.  We are in the top quartile (25%) of utilities for System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) including or excluding IEEE MEDs based on the EIA data in 2020-2024.
