City Council Zoom Webinar Meeting Invite

If you are joining via a computer/laptop, you can click on the webinar link below.  If you do not already have the Zoom app downloaded on your computer, you’ll be asked to download – this is free & quick to download.  You’ll join as an “attendee”

If you will be joining via your smartphone, please download the Zoom app from your app store (free).  Once that is on your phone, you’ll come to this page and click on the webinar link below. You’ll join as an “attendee”

Make sure to accept/allow Zoom the use of your audio if you’d like to speak during a meeting.

You will have the option of using the Chat Box or Raise your Hand to speak.  When appropriate you’ll be brought into the meeting with your audio (no video) and you’ll be able to voice your question and/or concern.  Once you are complete, your audio will again be muted.  (note:  if you’re on your cell phone or iPad/Kindle/Tablet you’ll need to tap your screen in order to bring up the tool options (chat & raise your hand)
